Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Neuralocity LLC (“Neuralocity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Neuralocity molecule data platform and related websites (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Account and profile information

When you create an account or are provisioned access by your organization, we may collect your name, email address, organization affiliation, role, and authentication credentials or tokens needed to sign you in.

Catalog usage and export data

When you use the Service, we process information about how you browse the catalog, view opportunity sets, build collections, and request exports. This may include timestamps, pages or datasets accessed, filter parameters, export type, row counts, fields exported, catalog release identifiers, and entitlement tier — information we use to operate the platform, enforce license scope, and maintain export audit trails.

Technical and diagnostic data

We may collect logs and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, error reports, and performance metrics to secure and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
  • authenticate users and enforce account entitlements and access controls;
  • deliver licensed catalog data, opportunity sets, and exports you are entitled to receive;
  • log and monitor exports for license compliance and abuse prevention;
  • troubleshoot errors and improve reliability and performance;
  • communicate about service updates, licensing, support, or policy changes;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use catalog records or your usage data to train general-purpose machine learning models for unrelated products unless you explicitly agree to such use in a separate written license.

3. How we share information

We may share information:

  • with service providers that help us host, compute, monitor, or support the platform;
  • with other members of an organization you belong to, according to workspace permissions;
  • when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • to protect the rights, safety, and security of Neuralocity, users, or the public;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

4. Data retention

We retain account and organization metadata for as long as your account or license relationship is active and as needed to provide the Service. Export logs and entitlement records may be retained for a longer period where needed for security, audit, billing dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access to licensed catalog data is gated by entitlements, and exports are logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Organization administrators may control member access. To make a request, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

7. International users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you acknowledge that protections in those locations may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact

Privacy questions or requests may be sent to contact@neuralocity.com.
